Mentor Recruting Event and Workshop (Day of Service – January 19)
In recognition to the Day of Service and the importance of giving back to the community; Crystal Francis (Towson University Graduate Student) will be hosting a mentor recruiting workshop for local mentor partnerships and programs in need of mentors.
The workshop “Mentoring 101” will inform those interested in how to become a successful mentor. The purpose is to provide capable and dedicated mentor to programs serving the Baltimore, MD community. The event is open to the public with interest.

NOTE*****The workshop will be held on Sat. Feb 7, 2009 from 1:30 to 4:30PM . Light refreshment will be served.

Directions: | From Beltway (I-695) Towson : Take Exit 26 (York Road, South) and go about 3/4 mile to the Towson Roundabout. Exit the Roundabout continuing on York Road another 1/4 mile to Chesapeake Avenue. Turn left onto Chesapeake Avenue and go to the parking garage behind the library ($1 to park). There is a pedestrian bridge directly from the third floor of the garage to the library. |
