Saving Maplewood One House at a Time. (Weekend Events – January 17 or 18)
1) Informing Maplewood residents of their rights as homeowners and tenants.

2). Distributing literature on available relief programs/initiatives for homeowners and renters facing foreclosure and evictions, information gathered by the state of New Jersey, as well as information from the Center for Responsible Lending.

Co-ordinator: Winstina Hughes, Maplewood resident

Volunteers will:
1). Distribute documents to public areas such as local libraries, local stores, train station &churches

2). Provide a free service; at no time is exchange of money permitted.

Time: Commitment of 1 hour – A 15 minute orientation, & 45 minutes for distribution
